## How can we help?

Tell us what you need and we’ll reply as soon as possible. If you’ve already booked, please include the **date and time** (and, if possible, the purchase email) so we can find your booking right away.

## Location

The show takes place at **Tablao Flamenco Las Setas**, right in the centre of Seville, under the **Metropol Parasol** (Las Setas). We recommend arriving a few minutes early to enter calmly and get seated without rushing.

Are there several shows per day?

Yes. There are multiple shows daily, and exact availability is always shown on the booking page.

How do I receive my tickets?

After purchase you’ll receive an email with your confirmation and digital tickets. If you can’t find it, message us and we’ll help.

Should I arrive early?

Yes—arriving a few minutes early helps you enter smoothly and get seated without stress.

Are tickets refundable?

Once your booking is confirmed and paid, tickets are non-refundable.
